Johnson-Shown, as surviving heir of Darrell Wayne Shown, deceased, praying for an order refusing to grant letters of administration in the estate. You are hereby required to file your written defenses thereto on or before June 3, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., of such day, in said court, in the City of Junction City, Geary County, Kansas, at which time and place said cause will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment and decree will be entered in due course upon such petition. At the hearing the entire estate of the decedent will be set aside to Herma B. USD 379 is accepting sealed bids for the 2012-2013 Tiger House. The sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m. on May 31, 2013, at the Stuart Administrative Center, 807 Dexter St., Clay Center, KS, 67432. Or, bids may be mailed to USD 379 Tiger House, PO Box 97, Clay Center, KS 67432.  The 2012-2013 Tiger House will be sold “As Is,” plus sales tax on the total cost of materials. The successful bidder will be required to pay at least 10% of the sale price upon signing the contract. Final payment is due prior to the moving of the house. The house must be moved by 7/31/2013.
